Tenant FAQs
Lawn Mowing (Fronts and Common Areas): Tuesday & Thursday. Please ensure all personal items, hoses & sprinklers do not impede lawn maintenance. Lawn Service is not responsible for any items left in the yard.
Back Yard Maintenance: You are responsible for the maintenance of the back yard. We also ask for you to water the front yard twice a week. We have left sprinklers, hoses & timers for your convenience.
Trash Service runs early Friday Morning. We recommend bringing can to the street Thursday evenings and pull trash cans BEHIND YOUR FENCE OR INSIDE THE GARAGE as soon as possible.
We accept Money Order, checks, and online EFT. Make checks/Money orders payable to: 1670 Properties
Parking: We do not allow parking in the streets overnight. Please park your vehicles in your driveway or garage.
Standards & Improvements: No additions, painting, satellites, etc. without written approval.
Maintenance Request: These can be done online at www.eaglelandingrentals.com by logging into Rent Café OR by calling the office or After Hours Maintenance
Move out Notices: Must be submitted 45 days prior to end of lease term. Renewal notices go out 60 days prior.
Water Bill: We read meters on the 3rd Wednesday of the month and send out bills shortly after. You are billed based off YOUR usage. You may add your water bill total into your monthly rent payment for your convenience.
Receiving Packages: You may have your packages dropped off at our office. Once delivered, we will contact either call, text, or email to alert you to pick up. Pick up can be made during normal business hours of Monday – Saturday 9am-6pm.
